Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Doctors are available for appointments Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,  Friday and Saturday.  Wednesday we have a staff member available for phone calls, scheduling appointments and getting messages to the doctor when necessary.  Clients can feel free to stop by the clinic on Wednesday between the hours of 8AM and 2PM to pick up medications or food.

For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available for established clients.  A "drop off" means you can bring your pet at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for several hours.  Usually we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients.  Once the doctors have completed your pets examination, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and let you know your pet is ready to go home.  Upon your return to the clinic, we will go over a detailed diagnosis and discharge instructions tailored to your pet's individual needs.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require all vaccinations be up to date.  Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  This is one of the reasons we ask you to please restrain your pet while in the clinic and in the parking lot.  We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before allowing them to exit your vehicle.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.  We do not offer payment arrangements but do accept Care Credit.  Please visit CareCredit.com for details and how to apply.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.  In the event you do not have the appropriate carrier or leash to restrain your pet, please notify a staff member upon your arrival at the clinic and we will provide a clinic leash or cardboard carrier.
